Friday, November 18th (6:00-8:00pm): The practice of ayurveda has roots in India more than 5000 years ago and its profound healing practices are still just as relevant. The evening will be an introduction to various pathways in the body and mind that serve the practice of yoga and meditation. The talk is free and open to the public and will be an open discussion of yoga and ayurveda in this day and age. Free
Saturday, November 19th (12-5pm): What is the ayurvedic understanding of prana, tejas, and ojas?
How are they properly cultivated and how do they effect daily life and yoga practice when disturbed.
